— The Pacific Coast Business Times awarded
Mr. Jacques Habra, entrepreneur and founder of
FirstClickSEO, the honor of winning the 40 under 40
competition. According to Pacific Business Times
publisher George Wolverton, "The 2007 Pacific Business
Times 40 Under 40 competition was the most competitive
in the seven-year history of the special section."
Habra expressed, "I'm honored to be recognized.
This award truly inspires me to further create value
for clients and build better, stronger companies."
The announcement was made by The Pacific Business Times
in their yearly special section in which 'honors the
most influential young leaders in the tri-county area.'
Each individual is independently nominated.
Judges consider professional accomplishment, community
involvement, and outside recognition of those
accomplishments."
Habra had previously been awarded the 2001 Andersen
Young IT Entrepreneur of the Year Award which selects a
single winner from a National pool.
Habra had also been recognized as a finalist by Ernst &
Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for years, 2000,
2001, and 2002.
Habra explains, "I've been fortunate to surround myself
with very talented individuals throughout my career.
That, and a little bit of luck, can take you a long
way."
The 40 leaders will be honored at a gala dinner on
Monday night, Oct. 15, at the Topa Tower Club in Oxnard.
